I have always used old fashion newspaper, even going 15 years back. The ones you buy work fine but are alot of money for only a few and if you just change the paper often, no bacteria will grow as the cage liners claim to prevent it but if you get the paper, use old newspapers and your set.

which cage liners would you suggest over normal newspaper. is it worth buying them or is it all hyped up.
